Wifion Ambassador Programme Terms
These terms apply to the Wifion Ambassador Programme. By registering as an Ambassador, you agree to these terms.
Programme overview
The Wifion Ambassador Programme allows participants to refer new home, premium, and taxi WiFi customers and earn rewards. Ambassadors receive a Referral Code immediately upon joining and may earn R1000 for every 5 Qualified Referrals.
Who can participate
Anyone may join the programme, whether or not they are an existing Wifion customer.
How rewards are earned
Ambassadors share their Referral Code with prospective customers. When a referred person books Wifion using that code and pays their installation fee, the referral becomes a Qualified Referral and counts toward the Ambassador's total. For every 5 Qualified Referrals, the Ambassador may earn R1000, subject to verification and programme rules.
Definition of Qualified Referral
A Qualified Referral is a referred customer whose installation fee has been successfully paid and verified by Wifion.
No self-referrals
Self-referrals are not allowed. You may not use your own Referral Code when booking or signing up for Wifion services for yourself, your household, or accounts you control.
Fraud prevention
Wifion reserves the right to reject fraudulent, duplicate, or abusive referrals. This includes referrals that appear artificially generated, involve misrepresentation, duplicate accounts, or violate the spirit of the programme.
Verification and reward payment
All rewards are subject to verification by Wifion. Wifion may verify installation payment before counting a referral as a Qualified Referral. The reward payment process, timing, and method may be confirmed by Wifion on a case-by-case basis. Wifion may request additional information before releasing rewards. Duplicate or fraudulent referrals may be rejected.
Programme changes
Wifion may update these programme terms, reward amounts, or eligibility criteria at any time. Continued participation after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
